Looking for a Sale Manager In Logistics.

1/ Bạn sẽ làm gì?

- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with General Manager/ Director.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
- Working with the GM and Administration / HR staff, plan and manage the Business Development and Marketing staff resources necessary to deliver the Company’s business strategy.
- Holds regular meeting with sales staff.
- To give & make rule for improvement action
- Keep and build on existing and past client relationships to secure business opportunities.
- Handle and solve any Client complaints effectively and cooperatively.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

2/Chuyên Môn Của Bạn?

+ Minimum of 3 years in management level in logistics company.
+ We prefer candidates who have working experience in Shipping company.
+ Fluent in English. Skilled in MS Office.
+ Self – confident, self-motivated and creative.+ Working under deadline and high pressure.
+ Proactive, responsible, detailed, hardworking and willing to learn.
